Do the e-bikes come fully assembled?
Our e-bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide a comprehensive toolkit and video guide with every purchase.
What is your return policy for performance bikes?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in like-new condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every TST E-Bike comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components against manufacturing defects.
Are TST E-Bikes water-resistant for trail riding?
Yes, our bikes are rated IPX4 or higher, meaning they are resistant to splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend pressure washing or submerging the electrical components in water.
