We want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all TST e-bikes in original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your performance gear, we are here to help you get back on the right track.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all batteries, chargers, and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the bike for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
